Utopia Clivias is committed to providing healthy, high-quality plants and seeds. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Refunds & Returns — Plants & Seeds

  • No refunds will be issued once an order is placed, confirmed, and paid for.
  • Refunds will not be granted due to customer negligence in the care of seeds, seedlings, or mature plants. Customers are responsible for familiarising themselves with proper care; all relevant information is available on our website.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for:
    • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
    • Conditions arising after delivery due to environmental factors, handling, or care

Approved claims will be handled according to applicable law. Where permitted, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs incurred, including shipping, handling, and administrative fees.

2. Damages & Incorrect Orders

  • Inspect your order upon receipt.
  • If there is any issue with the condition of your plants (within reason) or if you receive an incorrect order, contact us within 24 hours.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received and in original packaging.
  • Returns require prior approval; parcels returned without approval will not be accepted.
