At Utopia Clivias, we are actively developing a new range of versi-colour plants using diverse and carefully selected breeding material. This line spans a rich spectrum of tones—from delicate pinks to deep reds and warm brick-brown hues.
Versi-colour traits are genetically dominant and reliably carry through to the next generation, even when inherited solely from the pollen parent. This makes them particularly valuable for producing consistent and dramatic flower forms.
Last season, we successfully flowered several exceptional versi-colour specimens, showcasing the potential of this line. One of the cornerstone plants in this breeding program is the renowned Star Green, which continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our versi-colour Clivias.
